Natural silk has maintained an irreplaceable place on the clothing market for centuries, mainly due to its useful properties...it cools pleasantly in summer and warms in winter. From the beginning, its decoration has also been connected with the production of silk. In addition to decorative techniques such as watercolor and batik, the so-called Serti technique (or contouring, also gutta) is used, considered to be the oldest traditional technique of painting on silk.

Contours are drawn with a thick rubber substance (so-called gutta) and the contoured surfaces are colored.

I only use certified high-quality French colors in my creations.
